CREATE AN ACCOUNT:
Enter your phone number or email address. You will receive a code from GracePointe Church to get started.
Enter YOUR first and last name to create an account.
You will see your basic profile. Right below your name, on the right side, you’ll see a button to “+ Add someone else”. Click that button to create a profile for your child.
Enter their first and last name, if they are your child, select “this person is in my household”.
You will be prompted to choose a participant type (based on current grade):
- “General Day Camper $210 (1st - 5th)”
- “KERUSSO X-TREME ONLY $210 (6th - 8th)”
- "Registered 2020 5th Grader $210 (6th Grade - Invite Only)" Do not select this option unless you have a camper who was registered for one of our 2020 sessions as a 5th grader.
Then enter their grade.
If you are registering more than one camper, make sure to create each of their profiles now.
Build your camper’s profile by entering a contact phone number, email address, gender, birthday, and grade.
Select which weeks of camp (“Add-Ons”) you’d like to register for. You may also add on an extra camp t-shirt and canteen credit at this time.
Enter any buddy requests your camper has (first name, last name, & week # - i.e Susie Smith 3, John Smith 6).
REVIEW & PAY:
You’ll see a summary of your selections and payment options. You can pay in full, pay only the min. deposit amount ($79/week), or enter a custom amount.
Select complete registration!
Congrats you’ve successfully registered for Camp K 2021. You will see a confirmation screen as well as a notification of any required additional forms. You do NOT need to complete them for your registration to process. You can complete them now or wait until a later date.
Note all forms and payments MUST be completed at least two weeks prior to your camp date. Login to your account on this page by selecting *"Already Registered? Login" to the right of the "register" button.

All cancellation/change requests must be made in writing (via letter or email only).
At registration, all campers are charged a one-time, non-refundable $25 registration fee (included in deposit) per week registered. This fee covers the registration processing and transaction fees and all administrative costs associated with registration. This is an assumed risk and will not be refunded for any reason.
Through March 31st, all cancellations are covered by the $25 registration fee.
Beginning April 1st, each registration cancellation will result in the complete loss of your deposit ($79). We will waive this fee if you transfer your camper's registration to another available week you were not previously registered for.
We will not be able to issue refunds or transfer registration to another week within two weeks of the scheduled camp date except in documented cases of camper illness, injury, or a death in the immediate family.
If for some reason camp were canceled due to COVID-19 or a similar emergency, you will be refunded your entire camp fee minus the $25 registration fee per week registered. If we were to shut down mid-week, the refunded camp fee would be prorated appropriately.
